This guide explains what’s included in Digital Outreach’s Advertising Package—covering deliverables, campaign scope, and available options.
Digital Outreach’s Advertising Package is a turnkey solution designed to expand your church’s visibility and impact within your local community. It includes a full suite of core advertising campaigns that quickly establish—and consistently sustain—your church’s presence.
As part of the package, you’re eligible to run three types of outreach campaigns (outlined below) at no extra cost, aside from any applicable ad spend.
What's Included?
You get access to three expert-managed outreach campaigns, each crafted to serve a specific outreach goal. While campaign setup and management are included in the package, ad spend is billed separately where applicable.
Campaign #1: Google Ads “Churches Near Me” (Pay-Per-Click Ads)
This is a location-targeted search advertising strategy designed to help churches appear at the top of search results when people in the area look for terms like "churches near me" or "churches in [city]" on Google within an 8-mile radius. Here's a breakdown of what it is and how it works:

Campaign #2: Facebook & Instagram General Awareness
Reach your local community with engaging, high-impact ads on Facebook and Instagram. This campaign is designed to build general awareness and visibility for your church among nearby families and residents.
Additional Ad Spend Required? Yes – We recommend budgeting $100–$200/month for ad spend. Management fee is already included -- no additional cost.

- Parallel campaign structure to paid Google Ads.
- Regular optimization to maintain compliance (minimum 5% Click-Through Rate).
Additional Ad Spend Required? No! This program offers advertising funds at no additional ad cost.

Advertising Package: Add-On Event Campaigns ($250 Each)
Digital Outreach helps your church connect with the local community by promoting individual events through targeted advertising. Each campaign is priced at $250 per event + ad spend, and includes:
- Campaign setup and management
- Ad copywriting
- Optimization of images or videos (client provides creative assets)
- Creation of five distinct ad variations (copy, headlines, creative)
- Post-campaign performance report

Campaigns at this level are focused on outward-facing, community engagement events. We currently support the following:

Introduction to Christianity – Including Alpha Course, Christianity Explored, and The Bridge Course.
- Financial Peace University (FPU) – Promote financial literacy and debt recovery.
- GriefShare – Support for those experiencing grief and loss.

DivorceCare – Support for individuals navigating separation/divorce.

CancerCare – Support groups for individuals and families facing cancer.

Reboot Recovery – Faith-based trauma healing courses for military veterans and first responders.
Easter & Christmas: Easter and Christmas advertising campaigns are available to all clients who use Digital Outreach for advertising services. These seasonal campaigns are managed through a separate process and pricing structure. Our team will contact you in advance of each holiday with specific instructions and next steps.
Adding an Event Campaign: If you have a campaign that is not currently included in the "Add-On Event Campaign" list, you may request its addition by completing this form.
Please note that submission does not guarantee approval. Each campaign request is carefully reviewed, and Digital Outreach reserves the right to decline campaigns that cannot be effectively supported.
Custom Campaigns (Platinum Tier Required)
When your church requires a more customized and comprehensive marketing strategy beyond the standard or optional campaigns, these are considered custom campaigns.
Criteria for custom campaigns includes, but is not limited to:
- Events not listed above in the "supported event types" section
- Highly customized creative content
- Multi-channel coordination (activation across Google, display ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Special technical and creative setups (custom landing pages and integrations)
- Complex promotion strategy requiring detailed strategy sessions, audience research, KPI establishment, and increased client collaboration.
Custom campaigns are not included in Digital Outreach's standard advertising package and require enrollment in our Platinum subscription. Availability for the Platinum package is limited to maintain premium service and quality. You can inquire about current openings here.

- Do you offer landing pages for the in-scope add-ons listed?
- For most in-scope events, such as Vacation Bible School or seasonal services, we typically leverage tools like Facebook events, website pop-ups, or dedicated registration pages using platforms like Planning Center. Custom landing pages for websites developed by Digital Outreach will be introduced in an upcoming update to our web platform.
- Do you offer any campaign analytics, and what's included?
- Yes, we offer campaign analytics report that are sent to you directly after the campaign ends. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and engagement rates, as well as benchmark data to help you understand relative performance to types of advertising campaigns.
- What if I want to promote an event that's not listed?

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
